About the role

  • Assistente de Operações at Bernoulli managing educational services operational processes. Ensuring effective customer communication and supporting the educational structure through operational tasks and customer interactions.

Responsibilities

  • ORDER TRACKING - Manage the operational routine including receipt, verification, approval, dispatch, and tracking of orders using email, the RM Nucleos system, and control spreadsheets, with the aim of ensuring accurate and excellent delivery of materials to the customer.
  • INPUTTING ANALYSIS REQUESTS - Support the pedagogical support team with the creation, submission, monitoring, and delivery of analysis requests through the RM Nucleos system and Microsoft Excel, in order to assist clients seeking to expand their segments.
  • CUSTOMER SERVICE - Provide assistance via phone, email, and digital platform to internal and external clients to supply information and resolve inquiries.
  • CRM UPDATES - Assist in updating the CRM digital platform by maintaining customer registration data, entering records, incidents, and complaints to provide up-to-date partner information.
  • PRODUCT REGISTRATION - Assist in registering new products using the RM Nucleos system to make these products available for future order implementation.
  • CONTRACTS, AGREEMENTS, AND SUPPLY ORDERS - Monitor updates to contracts, agreements, and supply orders, sending the PDF file by email to ensure the client receives the physical copy with the necessary signatures.
  • CONTROLS AND SCHEDULES - Create and update client-specific control spreadsheets, such as print schedules, availability, and payment calendars, using Microsoft Excel and the CRM platform to meet the needs of partner schools.
  • RETURNS - Process and manage return requests so that shipping/receiving have access to authorized items, using the RM Nucleos system to ensure greater accuracy of information between departments and the client.
  • EVENTS - Participate in BSE fairs and events, assisting with participant reception and accreditation, ensuring excellent service.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or currently enrolled in higher education
  • Specific knowledge - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office; knowledge of the TOTVS RM system is desirable.
