Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements
  • Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies
  • Build and maintain a robust, high-quality talent pipeline
  • Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings
  • Deliver a positive, engaging candidate experience
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the applicant tracking system
  • Generate recruiting metrics and hiring activity reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • 2-5 years’ experience in talent acquisition/recruitment
  • Proven record of successful hiring
  • Knowledge of labor market trends
  • Human Resources certifications, preferred (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP)
