- Independent recruiter joining a collective to boost freelance recruitment in Tech, Finance, and more. Collaborating with a supportive team and utilizing modern recruitment tools.
Responsibilities
- Rédiger et diffuser des offres attractives via notre ATS Flatchr
- Sourcer des candidats en approche directe et indirecte (LinkedIn, jobboards, viviers…)
- Mener les entretiens de pré-qualification et transmettre des synthèses claires aux clients
- Développer ton propre vivier de talents et d’entreprises via prospection et prise de références
Requirements
- Expérience confirmée en recrutement sur profils Tech (Dev, Data, DevOps…), Sales (BizDev, Account Manager, Head of Sales…), Finance ou Industrie/BTP, Medicaux ou une autre spécialisation
- Autonomie, organisation et esprit entrepreneurial
- Compétences commerciales
- Force de proposition et goût pour l’innovation RH
