Responsibilities

  • Oversee marketing, brand strategy, and events across the brands
  • Translate regional marketing strategy into market-specific plans
  • Lead the execution of integrated campaigns across various channels
  • Manage market-level marketing calendar in coordination with teams
  • Ensure alignment with regional branding, pricing, and creative frameworks
  • Develop local marketing proposals and oversee end-to-end campaign delivery
  • Track ROI and report outcomes to regional leadership
  • Oversee planning and execution of flagship events
  • Collaborate with regional team to oversee digital and physical distribution

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
  • 7 + years of events and marketing experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong creativity and ability to think commercially
  • Ability to lead collaboratively within a matrix environment
  • Passion for making work that stands out and makes a difference
  • Graphic design ability and strong aesthetic sensibilities are a plus
