About the role
- Workday Acquisitions Analyst supporting the growth of Bupa Global insurance business and enhancing HR functionalities. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver impactful technology solutions.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for supporting the growth of our Bupa Global insurance business through expanding functionality in existing countries or bringing new ones online
- Work cross functionally with Workday Consultants to help shape the roadmap and deliver impactful changes to the business and individual countries
- Collaborate with the People Technology team and across the business to understand and translate business requirements into functional solutions
- Understand the core elements of HR and how HR process and technology serves as an enabler for employee experiences
- Release management governance; ensure that delivery is within the governance of the People technology release framework
- Provide testing and regression testing support
- Stakeholder management within and across the people function and wider business
Requirements
- Have a good understanding of how HR process and delivery works
- Experience with HR systems in a similar sized business or trading environment
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of Workday
- Hold a familiarity with HR legislation in the UK and the countries that BGIUK Operates
- An interest and affinity towards technology and how technology can enable process and be used to create better employee experiences
- Examples of strong analytical and problem-solving skills with evidence of implementing technical changes that have led to a positive business outcome
