- Procurement of building materials, subcontractor services and other services for residential construction projects
- Selection, evaluation and onboarding of suppliers and subcontractors to optimize quality and costs
- Conducting negotiations and concluding framework agreements with subcontractors
- Market analyses to monitor price developments in the construction sector
- Ensuring timely material availability and supporting construction logistics
- Optimizing purchasing processes in close collaboration with estimating, site management and technical departments
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in technical purchasing, ideally in residential construction or the construction industry
- Solid knowledge of supplier management and a technical understanding of construction materials and building processes
- Strong organizational skills, cost awareness and negotiation ability
- Team player with an independent and committed working style
- Experience with estimating software (e.g. RIB iTWO, BRZ) and MS Office
