About the role

  • Procurement Specialist in event technology managing orders and supplier communication. Overseeing project purchasing and optimizing procurement processes with internal departments.

Responsibilities

  • Independently monitor order processes, delivery dates, etc.
  • Maintain product data in the distribution system
  • Support purchasing activities for project work
  • Assist sales with supplier communication
  • Contribute to optimizing procurement workflows
  • Act as an interface between suppliers and internal departments (outside of distribution)

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training (preferably in wholesale and foreign trade)
  • Experience in distribution purchasing
  • Basic knowledge of event technology
  • Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
  • Good written and spoken English
