Responsibilities
Develop and implement creative recruiting strategies across modern channels
Collaborate closely with departments and the HR team to fill key positions
Conduct candidate pre-selection and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Plan and execute employer branding and recruitment marketing activities, including job fairs and university partnerships
Identify and approach candidates via social networks (Active Sourcing)
Create and analyze recruiting metrics (KPIs) and derive optimization measures
Requirements
Degree or vocational training with a focus on HR, business administration, communications, or a comparable qualification
Several years of recruiting experience, ideally with Active Sourcing and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Industry knowledge and experience recruiting skilled trades professionals are a plus
Knowledge of or willingness to learn metrics analysis and reporting
Interest in data-driven work and HR analytics
Analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and a professional demeanor
