Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement creative recruiting strategies across modern channels
  • Collaborate closely with departments and the HR team to fill key positions
  • Conduct candidate pre-selection and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Plan and execute employer branding and recruitment marketing activities, including job fairs and university partnerships
  • Identify and approach candidates via social networks (Active Sourcing)
  • Create and analyze recruiting metrics (KPIs) and derive optimization measures

Requirements

  • Degree or vocational training with a focus on HR, business administration, communications, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of recruiting experience, ideally with Active Sourcing and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Industry knowledge and experience recruiting skilled trades professionals are a plus
  • Knowledge of or willingness to learn metrics analysis and reporting
  • Interest in data-driven work and HR analytics
  • Analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and a professional demeanor
