Responsibilities
Develop and implement creative recruiting strategies across modern channels
Work closely with business units and the HR team to fill key positions
Conduct candidate pre-selection and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Lead and support interviews throughout the entire selection process
Plan and execute employer branding and recruitment marketing activities, including job fairs and university partnerships
Develop and analyze relevant recruiting KPIs and identify opportunities to improve the recruitment process
Requirements
Degree or vocational qualification with a focus on HR, business administration, communications, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in recruiting, ideally with active sourcing and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Industry knowledge and experience recruiting skilled tradespeople is a plus
Knowledge of or willingness to learn KPI analysis and reporting
Interest in data-driven work and HR analytics
Analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and a professional demeanor
