Responsibilities
Sales of complex, consultative solutions, products, and services within the German healthcare market
Responsible for acquiring new clients and sustainably developing high-value business relationships
Operational business development, client acquisition, and order generation, coordinating internal and external stakeholders
Responsible for the end-to-end development of sales strategies and their professional coordination within the team and across other functions
Independently organizing and participating in trade shows, client events, and sales events
Tender screening and preparation of proposals for complex solutions
Leadership in contract negotiations with sales and project partners and conducting customer-facing, deal-closing negotiations
Requirements
Completed university degree, e.g., in political science and public administration, economics, engineering, computer science, or comparable fields
Many years of experience in selling complex, high-volume solutions, products, or services, or in consulting
Cross-disciplinary, interdisciplinary knowledge, ideally related to payers within the healthcare market
Analytical and strategic thinking skills, plus strong communication and moderation abilities
Strong negotiation skills and a deal-oriented approach
Ability to think and act commercially and to use resources responsibly
Very good command of English
