About the role

  • Senior Key Account Manager driving sales of complex solutions in the German healthcare market. Building client relationships and developing sales strategies with a focus on sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Sales of complex, consultative solutions, products, and services within the German healthcare market
  • Responsible for acquiring new clients and sustainably developing high-value business relationships
  • Operational business development, client acquisition, and order generation, coordinating internal and external stakeholders
  • Responsible for the end-to-end development of sales strategies and their professional coordination within the team and across other functions
  • Independently organizing and participating in trade shows, client events, and sales events
  • Tender screening and preparation of proposals for complex solutions
  • Leadership in contract negotiations with sales and project partners and conducting customer-facing, deal-closing negotiations

Requirements

  • Completed university degree, e.g., in political science and public administration, economics, engineering, computer science, or comparable fields
  • Many years of experience in selling complex, high-volume solutions, products, or services, or in consulting
  • Cross-disciplinary, interdisciplinary knowledge, ideally related to payers within the healthcare market
  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills, plus strong communication and moderation abilities
  • Strong negotiation skills and a deal-oriented approach
  • Ability to think and act commercially and to use resources responsibly
  • Very good command of English
