Responsibilities
Manage your own book of business: Develop and grow existing client accounts by identifying opportunities to increase spend with cross-sells/upsells, deepen
Achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets by effectively managing your sales pipeline, develop strategic sales plans and implementing tactical initiatives
Set up and develop long-lasting client relationships to become a strategic partner to your clients by understanding their workflows and position in the market
Become a subject matter expert both in the sell-side segment and the solutions Fitch has to offer to our clients
Grow the Fitch Solutions business by persuading and negotiating effectively across the territories
Liaise and collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to support your client’s needs
Requirements
Self-starter with ability to build own pipeline from day one
Highly independent, self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Resilient and adaptable with a positive attitude and a keen desire to learn and grow
Ability to negotiate as well as articulate product value proposition and competitive advantage
Proven track record in managing client relationships, developing business and growing revenue streams
Sales experience within the broader financial market (e.g. fixed income, risk management), leading to a network in the UK
Excellent communication skills are essential
