About the role

  • Associate Director role at Fitch Solutions managing client relationships and driving sales growth in the financial market. Be a key player in a fast-paced finance environment in London.

Responsibilities

  • Manage your own book of business: Develop and grow existing client accounts by identifying opportunities to increase spend with cross-sells/upsells, deepen
  • Achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets by effectively managing your sales pipeline, develop strategic sales plans and implementing tactical initiatives
  • Set up and develop long-lasting client relationships to become a strategic partner to your clients by understanding their workflows and position in the market
  • Become a subject matter expert both in the sell-side segment and the solutions Fitch has to offer to our clients
  • Grow the Fitch Solutions business by persuading and negotiating effectively across the territories
  • Liaise and collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to support your client’s needs

Requirements

  • Self-starter with ability to build own pipeline from day one
  • Highly independent, self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Resilient and adaptable with a positive attitude and a keen desire to learn and grow
  • Ability to negotiate as well as articulate product value proposition and competitive advantage
  • Proven track record in managing client relationships, developing business and growing revenue streams
  • Sales experience within the broader financial market (e.g. fixed income, risk management), leading to a network in the UK
  • Excellent communication skills are essential
