Responsibilities
Managing a wide portfolio across branded, tertiary, and own label ranges with shared accountability for full retailer P&Ls.
Responsibility for Wellbeing & Skincare Categories across Branded and Own Label with >£10m P&L responsibility.
Partner with our customer's Buying and Category teams to identify and unlock category growth opportunities within consumer self-care, OTC, and oral care segments.
Lead of relationship with Online and Shopper teams to develop and implement clear strategy.
Maximising activations across the year through optimised plans that span across promotional and digital marketing excellence.
Requirements
Proven success managing a Top 4 UK grocer.
Demonstrated P&L ownership and the ability to deliver sustained, profitable growth.
Strong experience using retail insights tools (Kantar, Nielsen, Dunnhumby, etc.).
Strong negotiator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Exceptional analytical, planning, and presentation skills.
Entrepreneurial, proactive, and highly detail-oriented mindset.
Ability to work cross-functionally and operate in a fast-paced, matrixed FMCG environment.
