About the role

  • National Account Manager at Perrigo, overseeing relationships with key grocery partners and responsibility for significant P&L. Driving growth in health and wellness segments.

Responsibilities

  • Managing a wide portfolio across branded, tertiary, and own label ranges with shared accountability for full retailer P&Ls.
  • Responsibility for Wellbeing & Skincare Categories across Branded and Own Label with >£10m P&L responsibility.
  • Partner with our customer's Buying and Category teams to identify and unlock category growth opportunities within consumer self-care, OTC, and oral care segments.
  • Lead of relationship with Online and Shopper teams to develop and implement clear strategy.
  • Maximising activations across the year through optimised plans that span across promotional and digital marketing excellence.

Requirements

  • Proven success managing a Top 4 UK grocer.
  • Demonstrated P&L ownership and the ability to deliver sustained, profitable growth.
  • Strong experience using retail insights tools (Kantar, Nielsen, Dunnhumby, etc.).
  • Strong negotiator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Exceptional analytical, planning, and presentation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and highly detail-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and operate in a fast-paced, matrixed FMCG environment.
