About the role

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the further development and management of the motor vehicle insurance business
- Combine technical expertise with a clear focus on processes, quality and teamwork
- Serve as the primary contact for all motor vehicle insurance matters; coordinate and support the team
- Oversee tenders, contract and claims management, as well as collections and customer data maintenance
- Maintain close relationships with insurers and service providers; negotiate and ensure cooperative partnerships
- Shape the strategic development of the division and contribute your own ideas for optimization
- Analyze portfolios, processes and market trends to identify and implement optimization potentials
- Contribute to the company’s success and positioning as a strong partner in the motor vehicle sector through professional expertise
Requirements
- Completed training as an insurance and financial services clerk (m/f/d), a relevant university degree, or equivalent qualification
- Many years of professional experience in fleet motor vehicle insurance
- Proven leadership or management experience
- A passion for customer service and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
