- Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Commitment to timeliness and quality in client service and data integrity
- BA/BS in Business, Insurance, or a related field (additional qualification)
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite (additional qualification)
- Familiarity with insurance coverage terms and claims strategy (additional qualification)
- Previous experience supporting claims consultants or managers (additional qualification)
