  • Supporting a designated client portfolio as their first point of contact
  • Building strong relationships and supporting clients with queries as they arise
  • Providing customer service and sales support

Requirements

  • Insurance Industry experience is essential for this role
  • Most important is your ability to bring your best self to work every day to give our clients the best possible experience
  • Next, we need you to be proactive, use your initiative and show us your entrepreneurial spirit
  • Confidence to work with clients both on the phone as well as by email, so experience in customer service is important too
