About the role

  • Customer advisor in insurance for industry and trade. Focusing on individual client needs and providing comprehensive service.

Responsibilities

  • Determine the individual insurance needs of our industrial and commercial clients
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all field sales matters
  • Negotiate with service providers, insurers and independent experts
  • Support the inside sales team with tenders and bid processes
  • Client servicing and expansion of existing accounts
  • Preparation and follow-up for annual review meetings

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk (m/f/d), a relevant university degree, or an equivalent qualification
  • A passion for client relationship management and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Comfortable working with a strong team-oriented ('we') mindset
