About the role

Responsibilities
- You are the first point of contact for our clients regarding finance and accounting processes in our software.
- You will learn how to map business processes digitally and help find solutions to accounting or process-related questions.
- You support the maintenance and development of our finance modules – e.g., accounting, financial reporting, and payment processing.
- Together with experienced colleagues, you ensure our customers keep track of their finances.
- You document frequent questions and help create clear guides and training materials.
- Over time you will also independently conduct customer trainings and actively contribute your knowledge.
Requirements
- A completed commercial qualification – e.g., tax clerk, bank clerk, industrial clerk, payroll clerk, office management clerk, or a comparable qualification.
- You enjoy working with numbers, like logical thinking, and are curious about digital processes.
- You may already have initial experience with accounting or ERP software – or you are eager to learn about these topics.
- You communicate in a friendly, solution-oriented manner and enjoy interacting with customers and colleagues.
- You work in a structured way, are reliable, and enjoy learning new things.
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written.
