Responsibilities
You are the first point of contact for our clients regarding finance and accounting processes in our software.
You will learn how to map business processes digitally and help find solutions to accounting or process-related questions.
You support the maintenance and development of our finance modules – e.g., accounting, financial reporting, and payment processing.
Together with experienced colleagues, you ensure our customers keep track of their finances.
You document frequent questions and help create clear guides and training materials.
Over time you will also independently conduct customer trainings and actively contribute your knowledge.
Requirements
A completed commercial qualification – e.g., tax clerk, bank clerk, industrial clerk, payroll clerk, office management clerk, or a comparable qualification.
You enjoy working with numbers, like logical thinking, and are curious about digital processes.
You may already have initial experience with accounting or ERP software – or you are eager to learn about these topics.
You communicate in a friendly, solution-oriented manner and enjoy interacting with customers and colleagues.
You work in a structured way, are reliable, and enjoy learning new things.
Very good German language skills, spoken and written.
