About the role

  • Finance Support Specialist assisting customers in finance and accounting processes using BRZ software. Aiming to optimize workflows in the construction industry through innovative financial solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Point of contact for our customers in finance and accounting
  • Support for the use of our finance modules on the BRZ 365 Finance platform
  • Identify root causes of functional or process-related issues
  • Actively contribute to the optimization of our service, support, and process landscape
  • Create and maintain knowledge documentation, manuals and guides, as well as training materials
  • Deliver training sessions

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in accounting/finance (e.g., bookkeeping, controlling, period/year-end closing)
  • Customer- and service-oriented approach
  • Technical understanding and interest in software products
  • Ability to work in a structured, independent, and proactive manner
  • Team player with flexibility and openness to new topics
  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
