Responsibilities
Point of contact for our customers in finance and accounting
Support for the use of our finance modules on the BRZ 365 Finance platform
Identify root causes of functional or process-related issues
Actively contribute to the optimization of our service, support, and process landscape
Create and maintain knowledge documentation, manuals and guides, as well as training materials
Deliver training sessions
Requirements
Several years of professional experience in accounting/finance (e.g., bookkeeping, controlling, period/year-end closing)
Customer- and service-oriented approach
Technical understanding and interest in software products
Ability to work in a structured, independent, and proactive manner
Team player with flexibility and openness to new topics
Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
