Requirements
3–5 years of B2B relationship sales or account management experience.
Proven success growing and retaining complex, enterprise accounts.
Strong negotiation skills and executive presence.
Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and retention goals.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority.
Experience managing multiple strategic accounts.
Familiarity with structured sales methodologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Comfort using CRM tools and modern collaboration platforms.
