About the role
- Senior Learning Specialist managing the Learning Management System for Breakthru Beverage Group. Focused on identifying training needs and providing effective learning solutions across the organization.
Responsibilities
- manage the Breakthru Learning Management System (LMS), including content management, ongoing maintenance, technical troubleshooting, integrations, stakeholder management, and help desk support.
- consult with stakeholders to identify training needs, curate and implement effective learning solutions in the LMS, and measure the impact of training initiatives on individual and organizational performance.
- administer BBG’s annual compliance training, managing content and user profiles for both wired and deskless audiences, and coordinate with stakeholders.
- provide technical production support for meetings and training sessions via Zoom/Teams or in-person.
- manage the LMS help desk via Outlook, providing high-level service to assist learners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with an LMS, Technical Training and/or Learning & Development
- Highly proficient as an LMS Administrator (preferably Workday and/or SAP SuccessFactors)
- Expertise with SCORM, AICC, xAPI, HTML5, and API Integrations.
- Experience with eLearning authoring tools, preferably Articulate.
- Ability to communicate technical subject matter in a non-technical and effective manner.
- Proficient Microsoft Teams skills including virtually producing and facilitating meetings/trainings utilizing breakouts, polls, etc.
- Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail, and meet deadlines
- Utilizes sound judgement, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, team environment
