About the role

Responsibilities
- Source and negotiate with transportation partners (owner-operators and third-party carriers);
- Schedule loadings and ensure vehicle availability at client sites;
- Monitor the operational flow of trips (end-to-end follow-up);
- Handle fiscal and financial processes related to freight;
- Perform system registrations and updates;
- Review and apply freight rate tables;
- Support and ensure execution of the operational excellence program;
- Monitor performance indicators and propose operational improvements.
Requirements
- Previous experience in transportation/logistics, preferably with freight desk operations;
- Knowledge of fiscal and financial processes for transportation;
- Strong negotiation skills and experience managing supplier relationships;
- Strong organizational skills and a sense of urgency;
- Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) is a plus.
