About the role

  • Area Sales Manager will drive Castrol PCO business through distributor and direct account network. Responsible for maximizing growth, account management, and OEM activation.

Responsibilities

  • sell, grow and support all Castrol PCO business
  • maximize profitable growth of Castrol brands
  • ensure DSR sales force is supported, trained, and equipped
  • maintain a robust pipeline for prospects
  • leverage PowerBI to manage territory effectively

Requirements

  • 80% travel required
  • experience with Salesforce CRM
  • proficiency in digital sales platforms
  • budgeting, forecasting, and financial management skills
  • ability to identify sources of value and overcome objections
