About the role

  • Marketing Analyst developing 360° marketing and communications plans at BP with a focus on strategy, execution, and analysis. Engaging various audiences to ensure brand consistency and measurable impact.

Responsibilities

  • Generalist professional responsible for developing and executing 360° marketing and communications plans at strategic, tactical, and operational levels, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy, institutional positioning, and BP's objectives.
  • Works with an integrated perspective, leading campaigns, content, relationship-building activities, institutional projects and communication initiatives for different audiences, ensuring brand consistency, engagement, and measurable impact on results.
  • Responsible for monitoring performance, analyzing data, adjusting approaches and recommending optimizations, contributing to the continuous improvement of actions under their management. Acts as the focal point for assigned projects, coordinating suppliers, internal teams, and stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute 360° marketing and communications plans aligned with institutional objectives.
  • Design multichannel campaigns and activities (online/offline, CRM, events, activations), based on data, benchmarks and market analysis.
  • Contribute to the development of integrated plans (audiences, narratives, key messages, timelines and KPIs).
  • Implement communications and activities for different audiences and channels, ensuring narrative consistency and appropriate tone.
  • Support the production and updating of content for various media (institutional, digital, printed materials and presentations).
  • Coordinate operational stages of communication and marketing plans, ensuring quality, consistency and adherence to deadlines.
  • Ensure correct application of institutional identity and brand standards across all materials.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs and performance indicators, assessing impact on engagement, reputation, brand perception and demand generation.
  • Prepare management reports, consolidating data and insights to support decision-making.
  • Manage the budget for actions under their responsibility, ensuring efficient use of resources.

Requirements

  • EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication or related fields.
  • SPECIALIZATION: Postgraduate/MBA preferred – Marketing, Digital, Project Management, Business Administration or Business.
  • LANGUAGE: Intermediate English.
  • EXPERIENCE: Solid experience in Marketing and Communications with a generalist role.
  • TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE: Experience with 360° projects, multichannel campaigns, branding, internal/external communications, customer journeys and performance. Familiarity with digital media tools, CRM and marketing automation, basic SEO, paid media, social media, content marketing, and events; analysis of metrics and results (marketing indicators, KPIs, conversion funnel and dashboards).
