Responsibilities
Plan and execute field marketing events — including executive roundtables, workshops, and webinars — to support regional Enterprise sales objectives.
Collaborate with Sales leadership to identify target accounts and engagement opportunities that advance pipeline and strengthen customer relationships.
Manage end-to-end event execution, including vendor coordination, venue management, creative assets, budget tracking, and post-event follow-up.
Support sales enablement efforts, including localized communications, campaign amplification, and regional toolkits to drive awareness of Digital Realty’s data center solutions.
Ensure strong sales and marketing alignment, maintaining regular communication with account teams to measure impact and share performance insights.
Track and report marketing metrics, including event ROI, engagement, and influenced pipeline, to optimize future programs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in B2B or field marketing, ideally within the technology, cloud, or data center industry (internships included).
Demonstrated success in event planning and execution, from concept through reporting.
Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce and Marketo preferred).
Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
A collaborative mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Partners, and Corporate Marketing teams.
