About the role

  • Support the development, publishing and management of social media content aligned with BP’s marketing guidelines and strategies and the objectives of the business units.
  • Monitor KPIs (engagement, reach, conversion, follower growth, etc.) and generate insights and recommendations to optimize campaigns and actions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in communication and the patient journey.
  • Support the planning and execution of digital initiatives for health campaigns, seasonal campaigns and institutional events.
  • Monitor interactions (comments, direct messages, mentions) and assist in managing image and digital reputation crises.
  • Work with designers, videomakers and influencers to ensure the production of high-impact materials.
  • Work in synergy with the performance team to optimize organic and paid content.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed – Marketing, Communications, Advertising or a related field.
  • Preferred/plus: Certifications in Digital Marketing, Social Media and/or Digital Performance.
  • Prior experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in complex environments (e.g., healthcare, education, retail, technology).
