Responsibilities
Support the development, publishing and management of social media content aligned with BP’s marketing guidelines and strategies and the objectives of the business units.
Monitor KPIs (engagement, reach, conversion, follower growth, etc.) and generate insights and recommendations to optimize campaigns and actions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in communication and the patient journey.
Support the planning and execution of digital initiatives for health campaigns, seasonal campaigns and institutional events.
Monitor interactions (comments, direct messages, mentions) and assist in managing image and digital reputation crises.
Work with designers, videomakers and influencers to ensure the production of high-impact materials.
Work in synergy with the performance team to optimize organic and paid content.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed – Marketing, Communications, Advertising or a related field.
Preferred/plus: Certifications in Digital Marketing, Social Media and/or Digital Performance.
Prior experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in complex environments (e.g., healthcare, education, retail, technology).
