Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of marketing programs in the Italian market
Handle the marketing budget
Identify markets, segments, and key channels for marketing offer activation
Identify essential touchpoints to design customer loyalty programs toward the brand
Define the annual marketing plan for the designated channels
Implement the marketing offer based on defined customer targets and/or designated channels
Monitor the progress of marketing activities by tracking critical metrics
Manage the local product portfolio
Collaborate with agencies and strategic partners for planning marketing programs
Interact with key commercial partners in the market in collaboration with sales managers
Ensure execution of activities in line with company quality standards
Requirements
Degree in Marketing or related fields
Italian language proficiency at a native level
Excellent command of the English language
Proven professional experience in marketing/sales — preferably in structured (multinational) environments
Excellent relational and communication skills
Project management skills and ability to interact with various professional roles (both locally and internationally)
Strong analytical skills and performance management capabilities
Background in the B2B sector / Experience in Trade or Customer Marketing Management considered a plus
Experience in the activation of digital offers considered a plus
