Responsibilities
Cultivate and foster positive relationships with influencers, partners, and internal stakeholders
Lead end-to-end event management, including the planning, coordination, and execution of brand activations, workshops, and large-scale events
Develop and manage strategic partnerships across a diverse ecosystem, including Corporate Brands, NGOs and Startups to drive mutual growth
Identify meaningful influencer profiles for content creation across social media platforms
Ability to implement influencer marketing strategies that support overarching marketing goals and boost brand visibility
Comprehensive understanding of major social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Thread and LinkedIn
Proficiency in platform-specific algorithms, best practices, and content formats
Measure and interpret campaign performance metrics, as well as extract actionable insights from data
Assist in conducting market research, competitor monitoring & analysis
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on marketing experience
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related disciplines
Strong project management skills, accuracy and detail-minded
Excellent communication skills, and strong command of spoken and written English and Chinese
