About the role

  • Working as a Client Services lead on key and complex required accounts
  • Troubleshooting senior client delivery issues alongside Seniors and VPs
  • Supporting annual scope and contract renewals, growth proposals or pitches
  • Oversight of key agency opportunities, running and winning pitch and proposal processes
  • Creating new opportunities through account plans, client marketing, networking, relationship building
  • Frequent and clear reporting of growth and pipeline across accounts

Requirements

  • 7+ years of people leadership experience in a Client Services role in an agency setting
  • Good understanding of social first delivery (strategy, creative, media and management)
  • Strong understanding of the principles of good project management and Client Services
  • Experience in the commercial running of account work
  • Proven track record of retaining, developing and ultimately growing accounts
  • Passionate about improving client experience and love the relationship development needed to do this
  • Ideally, experience working with global brands, even better in FMCG
