About the role
- Advogado(a) ensuring legal support for corporate health management at Boon. Responsible for contract analysis and compliance management within the health sector.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, review and negotiate contracts (NDAs, service agreements, and related documents)
- Draft contractual clauses, legal opinions and recommendations
- Monitor legal proceedings and liaise with external law firms
- Manage deadlines and internal legal requests (SLA)
- Support corporate governance and maintain the company's legal documentation
- Ensure renewal of certificates and operational compliance
- Provide consultative legal support to internal departments
Requirements
- Law degree and active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association)
- 3 to 5 years of experience in legal practice
- Experience with contracts, litigation and risk analysis
- Knowledge of Corporate, Contract, Civil or Labor law
