About the role

• Consultant advising public administration and businesses on digital transformation. Leading projects to implement innovative solutions in digitalization and enhancing operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide visionary advice: Use your analytical acumen and insight to develop tailor‑made solutions from the initial idea through to successful implementation that are aligned with current trends.
• Implement digitalization: Identify optimization potentials and implement digital innovations to increase client efficiency and set new standards.
• Build communication bridges: Act as the link between business units and IT, translating complex requirements into clear solution paths and becoming an indispensable interpreter between technology and the business.
• Take responsibility: Lead your team to new heights by supporting strategic decision‑making and driving the team’s shared successes.
• Be a driver of innovation: Contribute creative ideas and help advance the development of our portfolio.
• Become a knowledge pioneer: Continuously expand your expertise in key areas, become a subject‑matter expert, and share your know‑how in workshops and, where appropriate, at conferences to inspire others.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent
• At least one year of professional experience in consulting
• Solid professional fundamentals
• Excellent German and good English proficiency
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to work on client sites occasionally
• Knowledge of project management
• Knowledge of Financial Supply Chain Management
• Experience with e‑invoicing is desirable
• IT affinity
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Analytical thinking
