About the role

  • Retention Marketing Intern supporting marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and print channels. Gaining real-world experience collaborating with various marketing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support on marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and print channels.
  • Assist in executing email, SMS, and direct mail marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in the conceptualization, creative briefing, and review process.
  • Prepare industry and competitive research for email and SMS.
  • QA day-to-day campaigns to ensure copy, assets, and links are correct.
  • Collaborate with team members on various projects.

Requirements

  • Must be a rising Junior or Senior in an undergraduate program.
  • Available to work 32 hours per week (Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays).
  • Interested in pursuing a career in Retail, Ecommerce, Digital Media, or Marketing.
  • Demonstrates an eagerness to learn and continuously improve skills and knowledge.
  • Maintains a positive, solution-focused attitude.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite.
