Responsibilities
Perform risk analysis and project planning
Lead and integrate project teams to develop strategy, plans and implementation activities
Engage with cross-functional organizations to define plan, identify responsibilities, and manage plan execution in order to meet engineering, quality, and schedule requirements
Provide technical, business and integration leadership for the development and execution of the project plan
Communicate plans and status to Boeing leadership
Coordinate to evaluate existing materials for use as replacements or to qualify additional sources
Study, evaluate, and solve problems where chemicals & materials are needed to support current production
Document completed risk project via coordination sheet
Identify and define process improvements for risk mitigation
Requirements
Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
Level 2: 2+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Level 3: 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience in multi-discipline engineering project management
Advanced analytical skills
Ability to work independently while being a good team player
Capability to interpret complex requirements and provide a clear message to team members and leadership
Strong presentation skills and the ability to create, deliver, and share persuasive presentations to internal and external stakeholders
