TGA Fachplaner managing large technical building projects with HLSK specialization in Germany. Collaborating with teams and conducting calculations for various public and residential structures.
Responsibilities
In this position you will work as a Building Services (TGA) planner specializing in HLSK (heating, ventilation, sanitary, air conditioning) within our STF Energy business unit and take responsibility for the planning of various large-scale building services projects.
Projects include public buildings such as train stations, schools/daycare centers, residential buildings, office buildings, as well as supermarkets and hotels.
In your planning role you will independently perform various calculations for heating/cooling loads, duct networks, potable water, wastewater, rainwater, etc., in order to determine pipe dimensions, air velocities and the sizing of components (e.g. valves).
You will independently produce floor plans, schematics and section views.
For our building services planning we use digital twins — fully digital replicas of buildings whose BIM models form the basis for our designs. For calculations and the production of drawings across all trades we use Mh-Software, AutoCAD and Revit.
Requirements
You should have professional experience in building services (TGA), for example in HLSK specialist planning, technical systems planning, technical drafting, planning engineering or a similar role.
Ideally you have gained experience across the different trades (heating, ventilation, sanitary, air conditioning), or you have been specialized in one of them.
You hold an (engineering) degree (Bachelor, Master or Diplom) with a focus on building services/energy/technical building services or similar OR you are a state-certified technician or hold a master craftsman qualification in one of the trades (HLSK).
Through previous roles or your training you already have user-level experience with industry-specific CAD software (e.g., Revit or AutoCAD) and with tendering/billing software (such as OrCA-AVA or similar).
To ensure optimal communication among all parties, very good German language skills, both written and spoken, are required.
