Responsibilities
- MEP Planner (HLSK) within our STF Energy business unit
- Planning for various large-scale building services projects, specializing in HLSK
- Independently perform calculations for heating/cooling loads, duct networks, potable water, wastewater, rainwater, etc.
- Create floor plans, schematics and sectional views
- Use digital twins and BIM models for planning
- Close collaboration with electrical planners and project managers
- Participation in weekly project and status meetings
Requirements
- Professional experience in MEP (e.g., specialist planning HLSK, technical system planning, technical drafting, planning engineering or a similar role)
- Ideally experience across the trades (heating, ventilation, sanitary/plumbing, air conditioning) or specialization in one of them
- Completed (engineering) degree (Bachelor, Master or Diploma) with a focus on building services/plant engineering or similar OR state-certified technician or master craftsman in one of the HLSK trades
- Proficiency in industry-specific CAD software (e.g., Revit or AutoCAD) and tendering software (such as OrcaAVA or similar)
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
