About the role

Responsibilities

  • Document requirements from the client's business units, primarily in the public sector.
  • Prepare requirements for implementation.
  • Communicate with stakeholders.
  • Support quality assurance activities.
  • Contribute to reporting.

Requirements

  • Degree or relevant vocational qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
  • Interest in requirements management and collaborating with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Initial experience with software development processes or IT projects in public administration at municipal or state level is an advantage.
  • A clean police clearance certificate (police record) is mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a structured working style.
  • Willingness to learn new topics and take on responsibility.
