Responsibilities
- Provide domain architecture leadership across Boeing’s Program Management portfolio
- Define and maintain current-state, transition-state, and target-state architectures for Program Management capabilities
- Assess the Program Management application landscape to identify capability overlap and modernization opportunities
- Partner with business and IT to ensure architecture decisions support business needs
- Guide architecture and solution direction across Program Management areas
- Create and evolve transition architectures
- Support application rationalization efforts
- Provide clear architectural recommendations and roadmap guidance
- Influence adoption of best practices for engineering quality
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in segment/system or business architecture
- 5+ years of experience modernizing legacy technology to cloud native
- Experience with systems architecture, including cloud, SaaS, API management, middleware and enterprise integration frameworks
- Experience working with solutioning and implementation of PLM/ERP Systems
- Experience with architecture modeling tools (e.g. Rational System Architect, Rational Software Architect)
- Experience in Portfolio Management or rationalizing organizational budget investments
- Experience leading teams to develop future state data and information architectures
