Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience in capital/complex medical device sales or marketing, clinical experience (nursing etc.) or training delivery
- Strong commercial acumen
- Excellent communication skills
- Genuinely enthusiastic for training and development
- Commitment to teamwork
- In-depth knowledge of successful field sales and support organization structure and processes
- Excellent influencing, interpersonal, communication, presentation and facilitation skills
