About the role

  • Director of Program Management leading the Transition Management Office at Solstice. Overseeing governance and financial tracking during post-spin integration phase.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Transition Management Office (TMO) for Solstice Advance Materials during the critical post-spin integration phase.
  • Oversee governance, drive execution across key pillars, and ensure business continuity while enabling transformation.
  • Own financial governance for transition projects, ensuring accurate budget tracking and variance analysis.
  • Provide regular and ad-hoc financial reporting to the CFO.
  • Partner with senior leadership and internal teams to manage risks, resolve issues, and deliver a smooth transition.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA or equivalent preferred
  • 8 plus years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or large-scale transformation programs
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives under tight timelines
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with post-spin or M&A integration preferred
  • Experience in financial tracking and budget management for large-scale projects.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes and associated best practices.
