About the role

  • Senior Manager leading Emerging Risk and Strategy at Boeing, developing risk mitigation strategies and collaborating across business units. Ensuring compliance with new legal requirements and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new and emerging risks driven by legal, regulatory, and policy developments
  • Develop comprehensive risk mitigation strategies designed to meet new legal requirements and ensure compliance
  • Coordinate across the Law and Global Compliance team and ensure the strategies and actions are shared with relevant stakeholders
  • Manage and mentor analysts on the Emerging Enterprise Risk and Strategy and across the Corporate Compliance teams

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree or higher
  • 10+ years of experience in a highly regulated industry as a legal or compliance professional or working collaboratively with business partners to identify and assess new regulatory requirements or developing risk mitigation plans for new or emerging risks
  • 5+ years as a manager, practice leader, or practicing regulatory attorney
