About the role

  • Senior Learning Program Management Specialist at Boeing responsible for developing learning curriculum and managing training programs for production teams. Collaborating with cross-functional teams for training implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement learning curriculum for electrical, mechanical, and avionics flightline systems, aligned to appropriate processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and create learning objectives
  • Design and develop engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, videos, and job aids
  • Apply instructional design models and learning theories, including ADDIE, adult learning principles, and multimedia learning strategies
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback, and make necessary improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, production operations, and engineering, to ensure alignment and integration of the learning program with other organizational initiatives
  • Be cognizant of budget, including vendor selection, to optimize resources and achieve cost-efficiency
  • Travel to other Boeing locations to support local training

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with instructional design methodologies, curriculum development and adult learning principles
  • 5+ years of experience managing projects/programs, prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience communicating and presenting, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences
  • Experience collecting and analyzing data to measure program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Experience with e-learning authoring tools and multimedia software
