Responsibilities
- Enhance product performance by analyzing cost and schedule metrics
- Ensure effective use of EVMS for DFAR programs
- Support internal and external surveillance, audits, and reviews
- Develop, implement, train, and maintain EVMS processes and tools
- Support EVMS talent development, performance management, and business strategy
- Consult on performance enhancements for the portfolio of projects
- Align material management and manufacturing practices with scheduling and EVMS best practices
- Provide thorough understanding of EVMS, deliverable content, and issue resolution
- Regularly interact with senior executive leadership regarding strategic importance
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
- 5+ years of experience applying DFARS requirements
- 5+ years of work experience with Microsoft Excel (formulas, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, filters, linking worksheets)
- Able and willing to travel up to 25% domestically
- Currently have a Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience working with ANSI/EIA-748 (preferred)
- Understanding of CDRLs and experience compiling compliance metrics to support DCMA audits and CAR closures (preferred)
