Responsibilities
Assess and analyze customer escalations and formulate problem resolutions
Coordinate activities required to facilitate the quick return to service for emergent customer requirements (e.g., AOG)
Review and interpret engineering data for alternative problem resolution
Act as a liaison with multiple stakeholders to achieve common objectives
Delegate tasks to manage workload effectively
Engage in cross-functional communications to deliver concise and timely results
Support suppliers by identifying constraints and assisting with mitigation plans
Manage multiple concurrent deadlines
Assist in the collection and processing of supplier and customer data regarding products or services, including repair capabilities and capacity
Adapt to a fast-changing and high-stress work environment
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Supply Chain
Basic experience in customer support or customer service role
High attention to detail, self-starter, and results driven
Willingness to work variable shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime
Proficiency in utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Effective verbal and written communication skills, including spelling, grammar, punctuation, form and style, proofreading, and editing skills
