- Act as a liaison with multiple stakeholders to achieve common objectives
- Delegate tasks to manage workload effectively
- Engage in cross-functional communications to deliver concise and timely results
- Support suppliers by identifying constraints and assisting with mitigation plans
- Manage multiple concurrent deadlines
- Assist in the collection and processing of supplier and customer data regarding products or services, including repair capabilities and capacity
- Adapt to a fast-changing and high-stress work environment
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Supply Chain
- Basic experience in customer support or customer service role
- High attention to detail, self-starter, and results driven
- Willingness to work variable shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime
- Proficiency in utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, including spelling, grammar, punctuation, form and style, proofreading, and editing skills
