Responsibilities
- Participate in the design, development, and unit testing of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Develop Salesforce components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and declarative tools under senior supervision
- Assist with enhancements, bug fixes, system configurations, and deployment activities across Salesforce environments
- Support integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems using application programming interfaces (APIs), middleware, and event-based patterns
- Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and adherence to Boeing’s secure coding and development standards
- Assist in the analysis of business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to define technical solutions
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Support testing efforts including unit testing, regression testing, and validation of deployment changes
- Learn and apply best practices for Salesforce development, Development, Security, Operations (DevSecOps), Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, version control, and metadata management
- Stay informed about Salesforce release updates, platform enhancements, and evolving best practices
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in software development
- 1+ years of experience with exposure to Salesforce or cloud platforms
- 1+ years of experience in Apex, LWC, Java, JavaScript, or similar object-oriented programming languages
- 1+ years of experience with Salesforce concepts such as data model, automation tools, workflows, validation rules, and security basics
- 1+ years of experience in agile teams and collaborate across business and technical groups
- 1+ years of experience working with senior developers and architects
