Responsibilities
Lead studio growth by driving new memberships through the BODYBAR sales process
Achieve monthly revenue and performance goals
Strengthen member loyalty through thoughtful engagement
Build and empower a high-performing team, including recruiting, hiring, training, and coaching
Foster a culture of accountability, positivity, and performance
Represent BODYBAR in the community
Lead grassroots marketing and partnership development
Represent the studio at local events and gatherings
Utilize the boutique as a community engagement hub
Deliver exceptional member experiences by building authentic relationships
Engage with members before and after classes
Cultivate a warm, high-energy studio environment
Ensure operational excellence by maintaining a polished and organized studio
Oversee boutique merchandising and retail operations
Manage inventory, supplies, systems, and administrative processes
Requirements
Two or more years of team management experience
Five or more years in retail, service, or fitness sales
A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Experience with community outreach and lead generation
Strong communication skills in person and online
High level of organization, reliability, and professionalism
Comfort with learning new systems and technology
