About the role

  • Associate in Client Service Management at BNY resolving complex client issues and ensuring service execution by collaborating with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Works with external clients to resolve complex day-to-day issues and direct them to appropriate resources at BNY Mellon.
  • Supports clients in addressing and resolving operational and technical issues and ensuring requests are executed.
  • Applies problem solving skills, judgement, and experience to analyze information.
  • Participates in internal activities and initiatives designed to improve the client experience.
  • Supports multiple client accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of total work experience preferred.
  • Experience in trade clearance in multiple markets, including DTC, FRB, Crest, Euroclear, Canada and more preferred.
  • Written and oral communication skills to deliver high quality service.
  • Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred.
  • Experience with Excel, Word, and Power Point preferred.
