Responsibilities
Responsible for creating and automating various repetitive reports in collaboration with PMQ and regional team members.
Serve as the Center of Competence for collections-related IT systems (Ambit, Collections+, Repossession GEO-locator/BASE).
Participate in the MTT with responsibility for Ambit CRs related to Collections, including defining user stories and testing.
Streamline and strengthen processes (especially for hard collections) based on the revised write-off policy.
Implement new functionalities, features and use cases in the IT systems used by the internal Collections Team and external vendors.
Develop a structured training program for external agencies’ workforces to improve process adherence, productivity and efficiency.
Collaborate and coordinate with internal departments such as Risk & Compliance to better manage regulatory topics (BOT & OCPB) and reduce operational risks within the collections vertical.
Requirements
Target metric: maintain the IFRS ratio within the long-term target range and in line with organizational requirements.
Analyze data using standard and ad hoc reports to closely track bucket-wise performance and identify focus areas on a weekly and monthly basis.
Own collections-related data (data stewardship) to ensure collections data is accurate and clean.
Based on trend analysis of Soft, Mid and Hard collection performance, recommend process changes to achieve desired results at micro and macro levels.
Responsible for creating and automating repetitive reports with support from PMQ and regional team members.
Provide input on the effectiveness of the agency commission and incentive systems and propose changes to drive performance.
