About the role
- Graduate Engineer focused on Naval assets projects while working with experienced Engineers to support career growth.
Responsibilities
- Work on a diverse range of exciting projects, in support of a wide range of Australian and regional maritime programs
- Perform specialist design and engineering in the integration of combat management systems, communications, weapons and sensor systems on naval vessels
- Provide Combat Systems/C4I engineering support and guidance within whole of ship teams
- Undertake Engineering projects from investigations through design concepts and implementation
- Represent the company on a professional and technical basis with Defence/Navy clients
Requirements
- A relevant Engineering degree (such as Computer Systems, Electronics or Communications)
- Excellent written communication and interpersonal abilities
- Well-developed problem diagnosis and solving skills
- Effective time management skills and strong attention to detail
- The motivation and drive to develop your technical capabilities in a multi-discipline engineering environment
- Due to the nature of the work, you must be an Australian Citizen to be eligible for an Australian Defence Security Clearance
