About the role

  • Sales Setter engaging with decision-makers in medium-sized businesses at Blümlein AI & Automation. Responsible for initial conversations, lead qualification, and collaboration with marketing.

Responsibilities

  • You speak daily with CEOs and decision-makers from small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)
  • You conduct structured initial conversations (no random cold calling)
  • You determine whether and how we can help
  • You qualify leads thoroughly and schedule appointments for closing calls
  • You document your conversations in the CRM
  • You work closely with Marketing & Consulting
  • You receive regular feedback & coaching to continuously improve
  • You ensure that the right customers enter our sales process with the right expectations.

Requirements

  • You can communicate clearly and are comfortable with phone calls
  • You want to learn sales properly
  • You are ambitious and want to improve measurably
  • Ability to follow established processes
  • Comfortable handling performance pressure
  • A calm, pleasant and clear voice
  • You receive feedback openly (tough love rather than ego)
  • You speak very good German
  • Some experience in sales, agency, or consulting environments (nice to have but not required)
