Responsibilities
You speak daily with CEOs and decision-makers from small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)
You conduct structured initial conversations (no random cold calling)
You determine whether and how we can help
You qualify leads thoroughly and schedule appointments for closing calls
You document your conversations in the CRM
You work closely with Marketing & Consulting
You receive regular feedback & coaching to continuously improve
You ensure that the right customers enter our sales process with the right expectations.
Requirements
You can communicate clearly and are comfortable with phone calls
You want to learn sales properly
You are ambitious and want to improve measurably
Ability to follow established processes
Comfortable handling performance pressure
A calm, pleasant and clear voice
You receive feedback openly (tough love rather than ego)
You speak very good German
Some experience in sales, agency, or consulting environments (nice to have but not required)
