Responsibilities
First point of contact for prospective clients
Daily conversations with CEOs and decision-makers from SMEs
Conduct structured initial conversations (no random cold calling)
Determine if and how Blümlein AI & Automation can help
Properly pre-qualify leads and schedule closing-call appointments
Document conversations in the CRM
Work closely with Marketing & Consulting
Receive regular feedback and coaching
Requirements
Clear communicator and comfortable with phone calls
Eager to learn sales professionally
Ambitious and driven to improve measurably
Ability to follow established processes
Able to perform well under pressure
Calm, pleasant, and engaging voice
Open to feedback (tough love instead of ego)
Excellent German (spoken and written)
Initial experience in sales, agency, or consulting environment (nice to have)
Experience as a setter, SDR, or sales assistant (nice to have)
