About the role

  • Intern in HR/Recruiting at Bloomwell, enhancing company culture and supporting HR operations. Collaborate on administrative tasks and onboarding processes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support with administrative HR tasks, contract creation, document management and master data maintenance
  • Assist new employees with onboarding and organize the offboarding process
  • Help design events and internal initiatives to strengthen company culture
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees on HR-related matters
  • Support applicant management, scheduling and communication with candidates

Requirements

  • Enrolled in Business Administration, Psychology, Economics, Social Sciences or a comparable field, ideally with a focus on HR, Personnel Management or Organizational Development
  • Mandatory internship: your degree program requires a compulsory internship
  • Structured and conscientious working style
  • Communicative and a team player
  • First experience in HR is an advantage
  • Confident user of MS Office and ideally experience with HR tools
